- Contract review and preparation
- Coordination with agents, sellers, and notaries
- Assistance at completion and registration (including representation where required)
- Handling of purchase-related tax procedures
Third-Party Costs
- Third-party costs associated with the purchase, including notary fees, Land Registry fees, applicable taxes, and document translation where required
The scope of representation is agreed in advance prior to engagement. Third-party costs, including taxes and registration fees, can be estimated in advance based on the specific transaction. Additional legal services are not included unless expressly agreed.
